FOOD - A passion of life that brings pure bliss. I'm not sure if it's the cooking or the eating . . .
Y ou know what thought, I don't have a picture of my stir-fried ramen...or the Sanspwest 118 specialties. Spam and egg Doug? How about a Cuba Libre?

White Chocolate Torte. Not bad for my first baking experience.

This ridiculously huge piece of Neopolitan from Harolds in New Jersey. Sadly, it wasn't even that good.

A huge hersey kiss? aw thanks.

Chocolate Pots with orange wafers.

I'm thinking ginger snaps,but I don't remember.

Fresh fruit tart with a super delicious cream cheese filling

Creme Brulee a la Daniel. This is using the oven broiler. I still haven't tried out my torch yet.

You know what these are. I think they were for Erica Lock's birthday. I also remember Doug was thoroughly disgusted or maybe just embarassed as I was making the cake as realistic as possible.

Something chocolatey...actually I think it's a tofu chocolate mousse on a chocolate cookie garnished with dried cranberries. A bit tangy but surprisingly light and delicious.

Chinese New Years dinner 2003.
